At Surge Basketball, our Advisory Board and Operations Team play distinct yet complementary roles in ensuring strong governance and the effective operation of our organization.

Our Advisory Board supports Surge owner Tony Battilana by providing guidance and oversight on key areas, including policy, compliance, risk management, and the organization’s overall direction.

Our Operations Team manages the day-to-day needs of the club, including team placements and coaching assignments, scheduling, gym coordination, programming, and the operational decisions that help deliver a successful season.

Together, both groups serve the best interests of Surge, our athletes, and the families we support, united by a shared commitment to the continued growth and success of the Surge community.
