At Surge Basketball, our Advisory Board and Operations Team play important and complementary roles in supporting the strong governance and effective operation of our organization.

Our Advisory Board acts in an advisory capacity to Surge's owner, providing guidance and oversight in areas including policy, compliance, risk management, and the overall direction of the organization.

Our Operations Team is responsible for the day-to-day management of the club, including team and coaching assignments, scheduling, gym coordination, programming, and other operational decisions required to support a successful season.

Together, both groups work in the best interests of Surge, our athletes, and the families we serve, with a shared commitment to the continued growth and success of the Surge community.
